IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:

Competition will begin on Sunday 7/9 at approximately 5:00pm with Intermediate solos ages 12-14. Monday 7/10 will begin with Primary solos ages 8 & Under.

** This information is subject to change, however we would like to plan for these levels/ages to help with hotel planning for the night of 7/9 **

No additional schedule details will be released until the tentative schedule is provided on June 19th to studios.

Room Rates:
Grand Pequot $139 Sunday-Thursday and $236 for Friday-Saturday
Fox Tower $139 Sunday-Thursday and $236 for Friday-Saturday

Resort Fee $4.95 per night

All cancellations must be done by June 25th at 5pm EST to avoid any penalties.

***IMPORTANT FOXWOODS RESORT CANCELLATION DEADLINE*** A schedule will be provided to all Registered Studios by June 19th.  It is imperative the scheduling information be shared quickly by each Studio with their parents and dancers, so each participating family can make adjustments to their hotel reservations if needed.  The cutoff is June 25th!   If you have booked a reservation under the Kids Artistic Revue Room Block at Foxwoods Resort and Casino, please be aware that they have a very strict cutoff date for cancellations!!! After June 25th, 2017, the ONLY change permitted is a reservation extension based on hotel availability.  If you decided to shorten and/or cancel your stay, you will incur the cancellation penalty stated in the cancellation policy.  Prior to June 25th, 2016, should you wish to make changes to your hotel reservation, please contact the Foxwoods Reservation Desk, 800-369-9663. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and other date changes must be made by 6.25.17.  Failure to do so will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.
